At the initial meeting we discuss the client's property needs, personal tastes and what is important to them. We use this information to establish detailed search criteria including geographic area, desired size of the residence, lifestyle preferences, number of bedrooms, garden requirement, renovation potential and budget. We also discuss the client's expectations and give a clear outline of what to expect from Jo and from the key people involved in the search.

Unlike estate agents, we act purely for buyers and only their interests. Consequently, we are not tied to any estate agency, instead working with each relevant estate agent to present a full range of the finest genuine off-market properties, as well as the highest quality open market opportunities — sourcing only the best pre-existing and new development options and getting ahead of the buying competition.
